Come and join the Sonora Quan at the Columbia State Historic Park in celebration of National Senior Health and Fitness Day! The Area 12 Agency on Aging is proud to present the 50+ Stride to Breakfast. Things kick off with an appearance by Jack and Elaine Lalanne. The morning will continue with guided mile and ½ mile walks, breakfast, free Starbucks coffee, information booths and energetic motivation. This event starts at 7 am, we look forward to seeing you there!

Sheng Chi Kung Fu of Valley Springs will be performing at the annual Kids Day in the Park Celebration, located at Valley Springs Elementary School, June 2, 2007 from 10 to 3. We will be performing Kung Fu demonstrations throughout the day, and will have an information booth and "The Mystery Rock" for your entertainment.
