As Chairwoman of The Valley Springs Area Business Association Christmas Parade.  I would like to thank all the people who voulnteer their time to make my job easy. Phil for his infinate patience when I'm in "event mode". Santa and Mrs. Claus who make a special trip to Valley Springs every year amidst their busy schedule.  Buz Balderson who pulls Santa's sleigh.  The Boosters for letting us borrow the sound equipment and Bob Busi for set up/tear down and operation. R3 Realty for power and keeping the front streeet clear for us.  This years fantastic judges: Shirley Byron, Gary Tofinelli, Don Johns and our Tally Judge Sandy Johns.  The best MC in the world, Bill Crane.  Jennifer Barry for manning the front of the parade and Megan Long for answering last minute questions at the parade entrance.  Al Duncan who has smoothly guided nervous parade entries to the proper line up location for years.  Diana Gigliotti for instinctively remembering to do all the things I forgot to do.  Rich and Bev Pastorino for driving the Citizen of the Year.  Volunteer Sheriff's for road closure and traffic control.  Thank you Sheng Chi mom's for writing out participation ribbons. Sheng Chi students Chris Raye-Schmuckand Jeremy Crickenberger for the heavy lifting, set up and tear down for Parade and Craft Fair.  Last but not least Thank You to everyone who entered the Parade for your Christmas Spirit.With so much unselfish help it is a joy to serve this community.Sincerely,Liz WeaverVSABA Parade Chair
