Come and join the Sonora Quan at the Columbia State Historic Park in celebration of National Senior Health and Fitness Day! The Area 12 Agency on Aging is proud to present the 50+ Stride to Breakfast. Things kick off with an appearance by Jack and Elaine Lalanne. The morning will continue with guided mile and ½ mile walks, breakfast, free Starbucks coffee, information booths and energetic motivation.
