At the intersection of Highway 12 and Highway 26 in Valley Springs, turn South on Highway 26 (toward Jenny Lind). Take the first left onto Jean Street (behind Central California Bank). Proceed to Main Street and turn right; Sheng Chi Kung Fu will be the first building on your right.

New Ballet Classes!
Instructor: Christina Bayless Ballet classes will be available to both kids and young adults starting Friday, November 16th. The classes will be split in age groups eight to twelve, and thirteen and up. Classes will be held Friday evenings at the Sheng Chi Kung Fu Center in Valley Springs from 4-6 pm. From four to five will be the introductory class, and from five to six will be the Beginning class. Each class will consist of basic stretching, ballet barre, and vocabulary. Congratulations Shifu Fields
Sheng Chi Kung Fu of Valley Springs would like to congratulate Stephanie Fields on her outstanding achievement September 14, 2007, when she tested for and passed her Black Belt examination.
Stephanie has been studying Shou Shu Kung Fu for over Eleven years, starting from the age of seven, and has always been an outstanding student. Always exciting to have on the mat, her bright and cheerful personality, combined with her dedicated work ethic, makes working with her a pleasure.

Sheng Chi is Five Years Old
It's here. Finally!
It feels like forever and at the same time feels like only a few days ago. In reality it was exactly five years. On August 9, 2002 at 5:00 PM we met with Marylin Moore and informed her that we were leaving the organization. While I think the general perception among most was that it was the end for us, we insisted it was the beginning, and we were right.

Kids Day In The Park 2007
The 12th annual Kids Day on June 2, 2007 was a day filled with good food, fantastic entertainment, and the ever popular water games! Every child left with a big smile on their face and an even bigger armload of free goodies, all courtesy of local the local businesses who generously donated time and energy to this event. Sheng Chi Kung Fu of Valley Springs was proud to be one of those businesses this year, and we are looking eagerly towards the next one!
