Cardio Kickboxing in Valley Springs taught by Shifu Liz Weaver. Shifu Liz is the originator of the Kung Fu Aerobics video "Cardio Karaticise". Cardio Karaticise was a very popular video on Amazon actually beating out Tae Bo in popularity for a short time. It got very mixed reviews, some loved it, some hated it. We strongly believe that it being so unique from other workouts was the cause of this. Many realized it's wonderful benefits but it took a little work to "get it".

Liz is also the star of the popular computer download software, Breakpal. Breakpal is a computer program designed to help prevent computer related injuries by getting the user to take a break and do a little exercise.
